How do I track my order?

  1. You will receive a notification from our logistics partner once your order gets shipped.
  2. You will also receive a mail from us with a tracking number for the order.

What are the accepted payment methods?

  1. For India based transactions- you can make payment in INR on Razorpay through UPI, Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, Wallets etc.
  2. For international transactions you can use Paypal for payments.

Can you ship internationally?

We ship internationally to US, UK, UAE and Canada.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange or refunds, and how do I exchange my purchase?

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

If you notice multiple charges for the same order on your card, it’s usually because of temporary authorisation holds. These holds are placed by your bank during payment processing and will disappear after the transaction is completed. You are not being double-charged—only one final transaction will be posted to your account.

What should I do?

  • Review your order confirmation emails to verify how many orders were placed.
  • Wait 3-5 business days for any duplicate pending charges to be cleared from your account.
  • If you still see multiple charges after this period, or you have received more than one order confirmation email, please contact our customer support team at +91 77499 11789. We’ll investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund for any duplicated payment.
