Parna — leaf in Sanskrit — honours this quiet ritual of offering.

This sculptural brass brooch captures a single leaf caught mid-drift, its form slightly curled at one edge as if shaped by the current's gentle insistence. The surface is etched with fine parallel lines that mimic both the veining of a leaf and the striations of water flowing over stone — two natural textures converging in a single piece. The organic asymmetry is deliberate: no two leaves fall the same way, no two moments on the river are identical.

A lustrous freshwater pearl nestles within the leaf's curve — a river drop caught in the fold of a leaf before it falls, or a dew bead suspended in morning stillness above the water.
